Morning

Visit several Moab area rock art sites and learn about the region's earliest peoples including Archaic, Fremont and Ancestral Puebloan (Anasazi) cultures and more recent Ute and Anglo settlement. Identification, adaptations, native uses of desert plants and wildlife.

Morning or Sunset

Enjoy the morning cool temperatures or be there for the photographers "magic light" just before sunset. Experience the golden glow of Canyonlands while learning where the heck all these arches came from. This can be a van tour with short hikes or a hiking tour based on your groups' preferences and activity level. CFI's Naturalists will share knowledge on the park's geology, history and ecology.
