For MULTI DAY CUSTOM programs please start your planning many months in advance so that we may secure the best river launch dates or motel reservations. Once you select your tour and dates, we require a reservation/planning fee of $250.00 to reserve the dates. This deposit is non-refundable and is in addition to the per person trip fees below. We will allow time for you to "sell the trip to your group" and then request an additional deposit per person or just one final payment depending on your trip length, size and nature of our commitments to lodging and other outfitters.

The rates below reflect one individual as group coordinator who is the "point person" for the group with CFI. This group leader plans, recruits, handles registration and collects fees and forms from individuals in your group then makes single payments and relays forms to CFI.(CFI does not accept payments from individuals in your group.) Once the group minimum is met, the group coordinator receives a discount (see each type of tour for details.) Final payments and registration forms are due 30 days in advance for most trip formats.
